Yesterday I changed some money at Alfa Mart jl.kayu aya seminyak. They counted the money, I counted the money and then they again counted the money. Once outside of the shop I again counted the money and found that I had been robbed of IRP 1,000,000.
I exchanged AU$200 the IRP I was given was all 50,000 notes and one IRP 10,000 and I had to give change from my wallet. With all the counting and change from my wallet I was not able to properly observe what was going on.
I realise that my money is gone but I would like to think that something will be done about these thieves to protect other tourists.
This has left me with a bad impression of Bali and the Balinese people.

I was robbed in Bali on 6 October, very early in the morning.
It’s very difficult to submit a policy report once you have left the country. Is it possible to do this online? I need it to make my insurance claim.

Hello sir, 10 th december 2018 my phone got picked pocket in seminyak area in la favela night club.. now i have come back to india.. after tracing my phone i got to know about my the location of my phone.. it was I phone x 256 gb silver colour.. location of mu phone showing 68487 java east banyuwangi , indonesia.. sir please try to catch hold of these thives.. bali is a very beautiful place .. i visit bali every year.. now i m scared of coming next time.. please sir help me to find my phone
