The museum saves the best fine art collection comparable to Neka Art Museum’s collection. Yet, it is also sets aside some space for a public library, research center, a small bookshop and a open stage.

Antonio Blanco Museum

The Blanco Renaissance Museum belongs to the Antonio Blanco’s family. Blanco, a Spanish painter who resided in Bali until he was departed, built the museum as his expression of love to Bali.
The museum used to be the home of flamboyant Filipino-American artist, Antonio Blanco. He was a famous expat artist who ever lived in secluded village of Ubud.
The artist who was married to a Balinese local, Ni Ronji, after his arrival in Ubud in 1952.
In his Spanish-style house with gilded pillars, a set of brilliant painting masterpieces fill every space in the display room. The fine brush of local girls on white canvasses, which previously took his wife as the model, indeed shows off his great talent.
