Balis PR Professionals Appoint New Chairperson
Loading...Bali Hotels Public Relations Association or Himpunan Humas Perhotelan Bali (HHPB) is pleased to announce the new HHPB committee for the period of 20062008. The new executive committee was handed over in the HHPB Gathering on June 28 at Hotel Santika Beach Bali.
The new Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of HHPB for the period of June 2006 May 2007 are Julita Chandra of Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa and Ayu Martiasih of Maya Ubud Resort & Spa. The organizations secretary is Fretty Zahfithri of Nikko Bali Resort & Spa and with Marianne Budihardja of Grand Hyatt Bali as Treasurer.
The holder of Silver Medal of Bali Travel Newss Sympathetic Public Relations Awards 2004, Julita has been the members of the HHPB since December 2003, and has been in-charge as Marketing Communications Manager at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa for more than 3 years.
HHPB is a non profit organization of hotels public relations professionals in Bali, aims to encourage friendship, share information and experiences among the members. HHPB is also wish to contribute the effort to provide positive image on Bali and promote sustainable tourism in Bali. Formed in 1999, HHPB now has than 23 members from hotels public relations across Bali. HHPB continues to have regular monthly gathering to the members.
We are very excited with our 2006-2007 Program and hope that it will be beneficial for our professional role as hotel public relations, said Julita. The program includes social and environment friendly activities, interaction with media people, teambuilding, as a continuation of our last program. Through our activities we could contribute on promoting Bali as a destination and to develop ourselves as professional hotel public relations she added. *
